My bad habit is shutting down myself and living on autopilot just to pass time as quickly as possible. Picked it up without realizing it when in highschool to get by as fast as possible to escape physical and verbal abuse from my dad. I never realized it stuck with me until 10 years after leaving the house. Now I am aware when I am getting back into that mode and can correct myself. It's tough but at least I can manage it now.

I smoke, which is a terrible habit. I also swear as often as I speak normally. Other than that, I do not believe I have any other bad habits. I do not stay up late, eat junk food regularly, pick my nose, or bite my nails, which are all very common bad habits.

What is a bad habit that you have?

i cheat all the time and i feel so bad about it i get rid of all my hoes and try to be loyal to my girl but i still just keep cheating i dont want to but i just do now i have 3 girlfriends and i dont know what to do
