Learning a martial art or self-defense technique is extremely useful in cases where you may need to defend yourself unexpectedly without a weapon, which will happen when you least expect it. I really regret not finishing my Karate classes.

I especially like Judo as it doesn't require strength as much as it requires technique. It's basically joint manipulation.
