To be honest, I prefer Skype and I think it'd be useless currently. They tend to hog resources anyways.

Secound, this will be using space of SL and won't fit the theme.
It'll be as big as ProStats but in the top i'm sure.

Resolvers don't really work anymore, so I don't see why people are so scared.

(Resolvers only work if the person you try to resolve, has resolved before. Because their IP get's logged. :3)

A shoutbox would be dreadful for the website. It would decrease posting activity and would just generally decrease activity in all areas of the site besides the index page (or the page where the shoutbox will be).

Terrible idea, that's what the Skype is for. If you wish to talk with the members, get with 2013 and download Skype already.
