I don't think that's quite true. They most likely have some type of alert system where they monitor for specific phrases and words on certain sites and search engines.

You do know that the whole idea behind these programs is to eliminate human interaction with data until a threat is confirmed, right? A pattern of messages that get flagged would need to be found for the data to ever even leave the secure storage.

I saw the video, it clearly states the the software was SUPPOSED to be used for non US citizens in foreign countries, who's to say they're not lying as always?
