as a MR 30 PC player, Yes.

bland. I only stuck with it because PVP games can give me panic attacks (or more (likely... rage fits ) so its PvE team effort approach was right up my alley

stopped playing a lot right around the new frame came out./when i hit 30. I got back into VR instead, if im gaming.

The last time I played, I believe I was MR25 or 26 when I was playing on PS4 which I think was also the hard cap for console at the time.

I felt roughly the same of Black Desert Online. There's a lot of MMOs with worse graphics that have a larger playerbase, simply on the basis of their mechanics/community. The F2P-ness also kills the vibe.

Personally, I'm alright with either as I don't mind spending money on a game if I'm enjoying it. The only aspect I dislike is when every cosmetic is a microtransaction.

I am suckered in by them ALL the time, and it's simply because when I enjoy a game I also like to feel as though my account will look better(re-sell) and also because it gives me something other players want. And then the fact that the skin more than likely looks awesome.

I am suckered in by them ALL the time, and it's simply because when I enjoy a game I also like to feel as though my account will look better(re-sell) and also because it gives me something other players want. And then the fact that the skin more than likely looks awesome.

I actually quite like DLC cosmetics. E.g. like Conan. I'm happy to pay $5 for a pack of a load of things once. I don't fancy paying $5 for every little outfit that I like. I've dropped several games for just that reason. I don't like the "spend money now or you'll be mad you don't have this cosmetic forever" targeting. It ruins the game a bit for me xD

I like games where you earn the cosmetics. That way the armor you're wearing shows your achievements, rather than that you were dumb enough to pay $5. This doesn't happen in F2P models as much.

That's a fair point. I do like that. However, I'm pretty bad at following through and putting in the grind to get the harder-to-reach cosmetics xD
