Hamas is also playing victim. Can't complain about hospitals getting hit after you launch a surprise attack and take hostages.

A number of sources have stated "1 in 200" people in Gaza are killed. Even the worst cities/streets in the US/Canada pale in comparison when it comes to murder rate.
