I put my Comcast modem in bridge modem with a Linksys wrtg54 and this is my speed.
Before i did that my speed was 25d/5u, wth happened?

I have no idea but your internet is hella faster than mine.
If I understand correctly though the transfer rates between the devices could slow it down.

You should check rates between the devices.
Like the speed when you computer is plugged directly into modem.
Speed when modem is plugged into router and router is plugged into computer
Speed when modem is in router and computer is using wifi right beside router.
Speed when computer is at its original location using the wifi.

Indeed, you're internet is a lot faster than mine. But I'll get 60down and 60up soon!

Have you tried this again at a different time?
Somebody else who was on the connection and browsing could've brought your speeds down, possibly?

You're probably using hardware somewhere along the way that only supports first-gen ethernet.
