Oh, I can't remember the last time I went to the dentist. I am terribly afraid of doctors, so I visit them in case of urgent need.

I was very similar to yourself, but I've made It a habit to visit my dentist every 6 months or so.

In adulthood, you only get one set of teeth- look after them.
