The science is still out on how harmful it is on the human body right now because vaping hasn't been around very long yet, however for someone who's young it gives them a nicotine addiction from a young age which has shown to contribute to anxiety and depression.

My best advice, piss away nicotine. The science of what's actually inside of vape juice and what it can do is unknown right now. But what is known, is that there is nicotine and it's awful. Just don't vape it's straight retarded.

Honestly, if you don't have any vices keep it that way. Smoked for about 5+ years and quit last year. Nicotine isn't that great and plenty of people have problems quitting.

I rarely comment on these type of posts, but I can't help it when I've seen people suffer around me because of it. To make a long story short, I had a friend who used to vape for 6 months. Now this might sound weird and there's a probability it won't be the same case with you but still it's worth knowing that he got pneumonia 5 months after he started vaping. He had some kind of weird mucus in his throat that he had to clear by excessive coughing and it screwed up his immune system, which most likely is the reason he got pneumonia.

My advice to you is, to think about it. Take a moment and really do think about it, why are you consdering vaping?

To relieve stress? Where is that stress coming from, can you talk to someone about it? Can they or you come up with a plan to help relieve that.

Is it to be happier? Well why aren't you happy? Is there no other way to be happy than vaping? If no, then you should probably have a consultation with your parents. If that doesn't work, try talking to a friend about it.

If it's for a social reason (peer pressure), then I seriously recommend to get better friends.
Remember, one real friend is better than a thousand fake.

If you focus on what's "causing" your stress, there'd be no need to resort to vaping.

This advice could probably apply to other vices as well. That said, no addiction was ever rational.

Don't start smoking/vaping dude. Take it from someone who has smoked at a young age (Grade 8 to 11) and quit before it became a severe addiction. If you continue consuming nicotine you'll reach a point where you wish'd you never began. My friends that continued to smoke find it close to impossible to quit now. Their mental and physical health definitely took a decline due to it over time. And not to mention all the unnecessary funds you'll waste towards the past time. Casual vaping with no nicotine isn't too bad... BUT obviously there are unknown effects and it's healthier if you didn't smoke anything at all! Best to stay away from that stuff until you're a developed adult and are able to make a more rationalized decision.
