It's probably a good idea to just buy a VPS. A good VPS will set you back around $15 a month. It's worth it if you find a good host. Easy to setup, and you know what's going on behind the scenes.

I find that bulletproof VPS's are a lot more expensive than "regular" VPSs'. I guess as long as your aren't buying a VPS for exploits or botnets a non-bulletproof VPS should do just fine.

I reccomend using a VPS to launch an exploit. It can be any cheap Linux VPS offshore, good countries are Latvia, South Africa, etc. Just avoid the 14 eyes.

An Exploit can luanch in seconds or minutes, then once the exploit is successfull, data is exfiltrated or a long-term implant is installed, and the origional VPS destroyed and abandoned.
