In my views, given there's quite a few reasons as to why a member cannot access a particular page, I don't think It's appropriate for specifics.

A general message of "You do not have permission to access this page", caters for all.
Just my opinion, nothing more.

I think that this can be an easy fix, but isn't absolutely needed.
