Honestly I think things are much better off this way!
Before SP seemed absolutely useless and now will be looked at as more of a form of currency.

Why are there so many upgrades? 2 is good, 3 is OK, but 5 seems like you're money hungry.

Nobody says you got to buy the upgrades, earn them you can buy all the upgrades with NSP be active and eventually you will get enough for upgrades.

Its not money hungry its business. He has to get some sort of income for improvements and server costs.

Honestly I would be surprised if he even makes $1000 a a month from the forums.
