Today I was going through my old books and notebooks and I found a notebook titled "The truth of my life" 
The content inside the notebook really shook me. That was the notebook I used to write all my feelings and things I wished I would say to people. Example, I wrote about my dad's desertion. When he left me I wrote on my notebook what I really wanted to say to him but never sent it. This notebook is filled with unsent letters. Relationships without closure. I don't know if I really need to send them out or just leave my true feelings hidden. Apologies never said, words unspoken. Dead dreams. I just need to tell somebody so I decided to post this here.

Well if you still feel like you want to say the things then you should send them but if you don't I would save them, and maybe show someone else how you feel. But if you truly have none of those feelings anymore then I'd just let them float and forget about the hardships of life.

That's so cute my girlfriend read this and was like AWWWWWE And if you don't feel that way you might want to just get rid of them the ashes thing seems like a good idea to get the aura away (not sure if your beliefs are like that)
