RE: Health forum #21
Given there's more activity within the "health" area by all means, however creating a subforum doesn't usually mean the content around health would be increased.

Personally I'd like to see others share their experiences, guides, coping mechanisms etc. before implementing a sub category for it.

That was pure picks lemon lime and as I started to check the information about it, I see how many ways of use has it`s CBD oil. I say WOW, cause it`s very useful for our health to use it almost every day. Also, it uses for animals too. If you are interested, I recommend to read articles, they are interesting.

This thread has really been attracting spam. I wonder if the forum would as well if it was created.

I have a fair bit of weightlifting/powerlifting experience so I could contribute a fair bit in that regard. I like this idea, could be an interesting forum to have some serious discussion in.

Recently I've completely switched to a powerlifting style routine. For years I was focusing on bodybuilding but now that I have the foundation I want, I just want to get stronger.

Personally I think everybody should start out lifting with a powerlifting routine then eventually switch to a more focused bodybuilding routine. That way you get to benefit from 'newbie gains' making you massive regardless of your routine while also spending the first 6 months or so giving yourself a good strength foundation to start trying to learn more complicated isometric movements. Once you build up a solid strength foundation that will allow you to do movements that a beginner can't quite pull off but give a really good pump.

Honestly I wish I did it that way but thankfully my endurance and ability to rep out relatively heavy weight for my height and bw made it a smooth transition. I also don't have to look back for a long time lol. Now that I think about it, I kinda hated those workouts for the most part. I was disciplined enough to keep up with them, but fuck they sucked.

I think it's an interesting idea, but I'm not sure there's quite enough content to warrant a section.

There is an issue of spam (as we've seen by a few spammers that flocked to this very thread), but we hope to implement something to reduce that problem.

Agree.

Health-related discussions, are few and far between.

It may be because we lack the section.

Valid point.

That said, discussions can always take place In The Lounge forum.
