Not sure if it is Ubuntu to it's absolute fullest potential, but as long as a linux user is proficient with the linux command line it should offer most of what linux offers.

I guess the only way to find out, Is to obviously Install and experience It.

I was often wondering If (and how) Windows would Integrate Linux at some point In time. This will be very Interesting to see just how It compares with the stand-alone OS.
