It's sad becuase those few corrupt cops give a bad name to all the good cops. Then people that don't fully understand the situation just want to bring hate and discontent to all cops in general. And that is where things go south.

wow. that is an awful law... police officers defend the civilians and sometimes need guns and without them things like this happens.
