I think there should be two levels of upgraded users.
For first tier it should be just a buy in like you're doing now.
Then for second tier your profile should be placed under review from an admin/staff after you've applied then if you pass you pay a higher amount than first tier to be upgraded again. Second tier should have normal stuff like giving more rep etc but also a few special features. Thank you. This should only be inplemented after this forum has like 100,000 users. Just to keep a balance in things.

Yeah I guess that is a bit much but traffic does pick up quickly. Maybe 25,000. But this forum can do it!

It won't be implemented as of now, but maybe in future when we have 500+ users.
