I have a question. Does this method work every time, once you've done it once or twice successfully?

It has for me. People are different tho. You have to try with patience.

I have tried to lucid dream a few times but maybe once more couldn't hurt.

Hm, I tried it last night, but I got lost in a daydream. I caught myself about 4 times, but the 5th time just slipped for me, and I lost control. Any advice?

Edit:

Also, I didn't see the room spinning around after I counted to 30.

Here's what I did:
Breathe in for 5 seconds
Hold it in for one second (+1 to my count)
Exhale for 3 seconds
Stop for 3 seconds

Repeat

Is that correct?

I don't know what to tell you as i am not so experienced on LD's i have only done it once or maybe twice for 45 seconds tops.
