I'm sure the PDFs are legal to possess, but acting based on the information is likely illegal. Depending on your country, converting a gun from semi-automatic to automatic could be a 10+ year sentence.

Didn't see a copy of Phillip Luty's books on there, which are always a good starting place.

Also of course it shouldn't need to be said...
