Hi
If you are new to hacking then i believe there are two key things you need before you start, Yes there are lots of other things you need to know but i'd highly recommend these two items.
1. Sandboxie
"Sandboxie runs your programs in an isolated space which prevents them from making permanent changes to other programs and data in your computer." In otherwords, if you download a file and do not trust the file, you can right click it and run sandboxed. This means that if the file is a virus, then it will not affect your PC as it is run inside a isolated part of your computer, which means the file can be terminated effectively and immediately.

2. Malwarebytes
Malwarebytes is an anti-virus/firewall program, you may be thinking that you already have these but this one scans registry files and other areas many anti-viruses skip out. This piece of software is a must have as it gives added protection and can run alongside almost every security software.
