Here I will write about makeing your virus FUD well not exacly but UD.
The file I will use for this tutorial have 10/43 detecions I will paste virus scan after each step. File I use is cybergate.
When you crypt your virus manually it will be more time FUD because crypters are used by many pipls and AVs detect them fast.When you crypt your file manually AVs will detect it much hard.

First step.

-Right click on the server and then "Properties".

-Now click "Advance".

-And now click "Encrypt Contents to Secure Data".


10/43 I don't have luck with this method ;(. But this method can bypass 2-3 AVs.

Step two.

Download ResHacker.

-Start ResHacker and load your server.

-When you have load your server go to "version info".

-And change all information with HiJackThis information.

-Save it (hope you will deal with this).
This will 100% bypass avira which is very hard to bypass sometimes.

4/43 with this method very good.

Boom 0/43 but sometimes you will have detections after doing those step so I will write some more.

I think this is enough for now but if there is AV that you can't bypass download crypter that bypass it and encrypt it but you will need to do all steps you have do again !
