I've actually Installed It around a year ago and It's very effective Indeed.

Some ads slip through. Not too often, though.

Blocking Ads on Android devices, Really? I don't know what you thinking, but if you don't use the internet, there will be no ads at all. Also, there are some VPN services https://kinemastermods.com/ that block various trackers and ads too.

I agree too. But it only works on Firefox browser. And Chrome android version don't support extensions (they should add extension support functionality like moxilla firefox). 
And ublock origin won't block ads from other android apps & games.
