Ok I think that every body know how to connect to network, so I won't write tutorial about this. Now to be sure that you won't get caught when you are entering
another network you should spoof your MAC address.

What is MAC address

Media Access Control address (MAC address) is a unique identifier assigned to network interfaces for communications on the physical network segment. MAC addresses are used for numerous network technologies and most IEEE 802 network technologies, including Ethernet. Logically, MAC addresses are used in the Media Access Control protocol sub-layer of the OSI reference model.

To spoof mac address on Linux and most Unix systems use this command:

ifconfig eth0 down hw ether 00:00:00:00:00:01 ifconfig eth0 up

This will set your eth0 interface to use the MAC 00:00:00:00:00:01.

For windows download this tool there is documentation in the site. This will randomize your MAC
on each reboot.

And maybe the last thing I will write is how to freeze timer in internet cafe.

1. Download Process Explorer from here.
2. After downloading it run it and search for "Client.exe" and "Guardit.exe". I can't demonstrate this since I'm not in cafe now.
3. Right click on each of them and click Suspend
Done ! To unfreeze it just right click on them and click Resume.
