There is no SD card.
If you are asking if you could flash another payload the answer is yes, you can re-flash the digispark unlimited number of times (well at least until the chip isn't dead)

I have the original, the only difference between the original and rev2/rev4 is that the newer versions can use I2C, because we don't need I2C you can get witch ever model you want.

The alternative as per this thread, Is certainly worthy of It's purpose.

Having said that and after some consideration, In my views, the Rubber Ducky Is not too badly priced at 45$. Users spend In the hundreds on exploitation equipment and devices, so 45$ won't break the budget.

Depends...
If you are a professional pen tester and do this for a living, sure, buy enterprise grade hacking tools.
But if you're just learning or doing this as a hobby I'd say you're better off finding cheap alternatives.
And I mentioned the pros/cons of buying a duck compared to this in the OP so it would be easier to decide if this alternative is better for you.

I know I am a late comer, but you sir are a hero, I just ordered it and will be trying it out.

It can't get any simpler or neater, if you happen to have done some more tutorials please let us know, I will get it in 2-3 days and will be taking this way forward
