Download and extract somewhere

Open the command line.

Navigate to the directory of dostor.

Type torshammer.py for windows or python torshammer.py for linux.

Follow the instructions.

lol yeah some how all the tor related tools and websites (.onion sites) all have a small pun... they always manage to insert TOR in anythings name no matter how cheesy it is...
