They normally shop in Sweden and bring it back because it's cheaper. Also, as the video states, some people do think Norway is the capital of Sweden.

As for this, I've never heard of it. Only thing I found about a so-called "penis museum" was in Iceland.
Although, my city actually has a pine cone in the middle of a roundabout and they call it "art".
