The reason is pretty simple actually. Its because most people brains are clouded. I think most people who see my username at least Google it and read because its really interesting stuff. Most people believe 100% that alcohol and cigarettes are acceptable, but cannabis and lsd(possibly the weakest drugs by harm?) are not. Most people use ibuprofen and aspirin everytime they have a headache but don't understand what harm it brings them. Most people don't know anything about what actually happens in your brain when you smoke a cigarette and drink beer and vodka. Its funny that also like 90% people drink coffe. 90% people drink coffe but think that amphetamine users are crazy low life shits. In USA you have Ritalin(methylphenidate(20% l-amphetamine, 80% d-amphetamine) and Desoxyn(methamphetamine) prescribed to any kind of age people for ADHD. Btw, I have ADHD but i am not retarded enough to get this "medicine", because you are then required to use it everyday. So how is ADHD people with prescribed speed OK but those crazy mother fuckers who abuse meth all day are not? The only difference is, kids get good stuff (99% purity) those addicts get whatever they can(as low as 10% pure and 90% is other random chemicals). What about the people with backpain? They get prescribed Oxycodone, Valium, Xanax, Tramadol and other pain killers? After serious operation, they give you morphine to ease the pain and you're high as fuck that is OK but the fact that I am now on synthetic cannabinoids is not.

Well, yes and no. They modify the active ingredient, and the red herring ingredients, as the older ones are made illegal. Hence why buying even the same brand can have different effects and different strength. Not to mention since there's no real regulation and it's kind of up to the manufacturer of it, they can make it as potent as they'd like, and you wouldn't even know. Huge risk for having too high a dose if one time its enough to fill a few bowls of it to get you high, then next time even one bowl will set you past that limit.
