Advantages:
Better Graphics.
Controller looks sexy, aha.
Possibly NEW games that couldn't be developed on the 360. (Hoping Minecraft Tekkit)
Faster
CoD Ghosts!

Disadvantages:
Look's like a black box.
Can't play 360 games on it.
Can't get a lot of 360 games on it.
"Xbox One" sound's horrible.
Possibly no hacks ;(

Video and music purchased through the Xbox Live Marketplace will transfer to the Xbox One for storage and playback, Microsoft corporate vice president Phil Harrison confirmed to Polygon.

Harrison noted the cross-platform media compatibility when asked about the Xbox One's reported inability to play Xbox 360 discs and downloaded games. "Actually, to be clear music, movies, television will [transfer]," Harrison said. "All that comes across. Anything that you've acquired from Xbox Video or Xbox Music will move across."

Currently, Xbox Live Marketplace movie, television, and music purchases are playable across an individual user's Xbox 360, PC, and tablet and smartphone devices.

The controller looks much and much the same. I wasn't as surprised about Xbox's new controller in comparison to Sony's Playstation 4 one.

I like how they went with the name "Xbox One" and not your common "Xbox 720" crap.

Apparently stock levels or something alike dropped by 6% and Playstation's rose by 2%.

The controlled is still antiquated IMO.

I do like the ability to switch between every thing so quickly. That part is impressive.

Snapshot looks good and I like how it's an instant change between watching TV to playing games to exploring the internet. I wish they announced a released date..

At first i thought it would be called xbox 720 or xbox infinity. Why did they call it one?

Not exactly sure but I guess it's something relating to the "new generation" or something alike. I'm glad they didn't go with either of them names as it wouldn't be original at all..
