I'm against it. It would be an excellent operating system for a tablet PC, but it's terrible for people with mice.
Not only am I against the lack of usability, but the appearance is also terrible. A few curves would actually benefit the UI. Instead they decided to make everything squared.
I'll be sticking with Windows 7 and I'm assuming many others will be too.

I absolutely agree. I hate Windows 8, even though I have a tablet PC and I found find it extremely annoying.

I use windows 8, it's shit. The new start menu is so stupid, many programs don't work, and many compilers don't work (trying impose visual studio).

I hate it. I installed the developer build and couldn't install driver for my wifi. I needed to connect to my Microsoft Account (Xbox, hotmail etc) to conffirm the install. Its retarded. Linking everything to an online account is one of the stupidest things I have ever heard.

In my opinion every other version of Windows sucked.
Windows 2000 ME sucked, Windows XP good, Windows Vista sucked, Windows 7 good.
So, from what I see and by pattern Windows 8 sucksl

I see no value in windows 8, its just a confuzing mess and windows 7 does everything 8 does as it is.
