I thought it was email or phone number, have they changed it?

Perhaps use a FB account and you can bypass the # portion? I don't recall how that works, but they can be connected somehow.

With email, it finally ask you to enter phone number. The FB need phone number too.

No, I haven't put It to the test, but rather basing my thoughts on positive feedback from countless members.
