COVID-19-free, feeling better, and back to normalisation. My strength and stamina have decreased since catching COVID-19, but hopefully, they will increase again very soon.

My whole family had covid but we managed to recover with just regular vitamins.

We did take the vaccine last week at least.

I just had a loss of appetite, and I was always too tired to eat. I believe I have gained back the weight I had lost now, though.

Glad to hear you've made a decent recovery by the sounds of it. I could be wrong, but I believe it's a pretty natural process for the human body to regain weight lost after illness. Some of what you lose when your sick is water weight too.

I received an email today, being informed that I will receive £500 for catching COVID-19 and having to self-isolate for 10 days, so that has made me happy.

We have a similar policy In my locality, whereby we're compensated for not only catching the virus, but also due to losing time off work when being tested.
