It was an attack, but it is too early to speculate on who planted it and why. You can tell that it was a planted explosive, and not an accident, by the clear smoke. Accidental explosions do not burn cleanly. Boston bomb squad also reported finding UXO on site.

I believe this was an attack, Terrible that it happened.

Secondly, terrorist attacks and shootings are nearly becoming apart of everyone's daily lives... Society seriously needs to improve.
