Well, I'd argue that hateful acts should be punishable, regardless of what religion they are directed at. You're free to speak. Just don't be a dick.

Isn't that how life should be treated? Just don't be a dick, and you're (usually) fine in situations. Cutting people off is a dick move, robbing someone is a dick move, having your dog poop on someone's lawn without picking it up. Not being a dick is relevant in almost every situation.
