Frieren Beyond Journeys End is really meaningfull to me, with the trope of near-eternal being alienation and her trying to relive events of her journey

Frieren is definitely a great example of this. Haven't had something this lovingly crafted in a long time. I'd also suggest Clannad. If there's anything that teaches you to love what you have before it's gone it's Clannad. Though, the VN is finitely better than the anime, as is usually the case.

A few that I would like to recommend:
Shin Sekai Yori - the story is the highlight.
Ergo Proxy - entertaining and enriching.
Ghost in the Shell - a hallmark picture.
