Yeah but I don't know anything about frequency or any other specs of antenna so I probably end up buying some shit antenna which in fact costs like 20 pounds but I will pay for it like 50 or 60 pounds.

The best one so far mate :Thumbs-Up:. I have checked and my Wi-Fi adapter has the same input as yours one as the Alfa antena was working on it earlier when I was checking it. Now is there any stand I can get for that baby ? :epic: and to how many miles I can get signal on that babe ?

i was creative ! i made a stand from an old travel bag that have the wheels and the handle, i removed the bag and i kept the handle and wheels L shaped, i placed a "brick" on it with a stick in it, then of course the antenna attached to the stickSmile
i can move it around and tilt the antenna to get the best signal.
as for your range ... it depends on interference, what is around you ...etc... i cannot run a test for you, but this is way better than the stock antenna that come along.

now tell me ... did i help you ? at least a bit ?

Yeah a lot and in the post earlier I was referring to Netero as I smelled some trolling there but in the meantime when I wrote and posted my post you have posted yours, sorry for confusion :epic:.

Yeah I see the links. The first one is a bit big so I went to the second one but I can't mount it outside for various reasons :Footinmouth:. My only option is windowsill where I can place such device with open windows. When I would do that with the first one It would look so creepy and suspicious :Ambivalent:.

Is there something similar with the same power and range which could be placed near my laptop on desk or in windowsill without any suspicious ? Perhaps I was thinking more about something like this:

Which one I should choose to have the same power as parabolic one ? or should I get parabolic one anyway as it's better ?

The power of wifi antennas are measured in DBI.
if you can get the parabolic its better.

i currently have both parabolic grid and the "square" antenna, the result is that the parabolic grid is more powerful but way bigger

so you have to make a choice
power >>> bigger

smaller >>> less power

the choice is up to you

So you have posted two links earlier. The first one is big (Yeah and I probably will get that one) and also linked to the smaller one so does that means the smaller one have less power even if it's parabolic ? Can you link to some stands which I could just put it on the floor to the big one ? :troll:
