As long as you follow the same style on all awards, then that would be decent enough.

And yet you used that idea, claiming it to be unique when I stated it wasn't. That being said, I have a few complaints regarding these new ones.

• The radius is a tad too big, its coming closer to being a circle than a square. 
  
• The spacing between the border and icons are too small.
  
• Don't dull the colors, if they look like a DC movie then no one would want to attain them.

If you fail to show what an icon is suppose to represent then the icon is terribly made. It has one job, showcase a specific message.

If you fail to show what an icon is suppose to represent then the icon is terribly made. It has one job, showcase a specific message.

If you take the radius on a square to its max, it will turn into a circle. Hence, if the radius is too big it will end up looking more rounded in shape than squared, thus making it looking more like a circle than a square.

A showcase is meant to show an idea as close to "how they'd be in practice" as possible. If they are, in practice failing their one and only objective then they have failed.
