The only thing I really thought about was how my mom would react when she came to wake me up in the morning and she found me dead. I started to cry then and then it all went dark. I hope you do not think I do it for the attention, that is certainly not the case. I just get severely depressed sometimes and it is not good when I am alone.

alright,
just remember once you are dead you dont feel emotion.

but if you really want to leave do it on a good note.

To me suicide is an act of selfishness, yes it's your choice but think about how it will affect the ones you love.

to me it is an act of courage and guts.
I could never do it because I dont have the guts to pull the trigger or kick the stool from under me.

I am jealous of people that commit suicide because they got out of all this bullshit.

I honestly feel there are less than 4 people who would be affected by my suicide but after they pass (they are older) there will be nobody. So then I will not feel as guilty when I do it.

Suicide is wrong. It's selfish, inconsiderate and immoral. The role of life is an involuntary role. We're essentially coerced to follow guidelines and rules. It's an anomalous dictatorship. Withal, this does not assert suicide is justified: for it is still immoral.

Why do you get to decide what is immoral and what is not?
Why should anybody get to decide?

I respect its your opinion, but dont be pushing it on others.

Also if you havent read the posts I suggest you do.

I don't get to decide what is immoral and what is moral. Logic is the dictator of that, and she says suicide's wrong.

It's a debate, dude. You're suppose to impose your ideologies, opinions and beliefs on others, and I have read the comments.

I had no idea that debates started with fallacies, were to seem hostile and presented itself without any sources or material.

but I will try my best to respond.

Please state my fallacies. Logic is my evidence. This debate isn't a matter of empirical evidence, rather logic.

But really life is what you make it so if what you make of life is "bullshit" then i guess suicide is right for you. But I try to be positive about life, yeah its hard, yeah there are tough times, but in the end if you do things right you can live a nice life.

Since when is logic a living thing?
Last time I checked this was logics definition
log·ic
ˈläjik/Submit
noun
1.
reasoning conducted or assessed according to strict principles of validity.

Now both sides of any debate have logic.
Their are pros and cons, if you feel that suicide is wrong based on the pros and cons you see, that is fine.
But based on what I see, suicide should not be an issue with anybody.

We should be living our lives based on ourselves as individual, not based on what others are doing.
and you cant really debate that kind of thing.

Now if you show me one scientific piece of evidence of why it is bad I will re-evaluate my opinion on the subject,
but if we continued this topic we would get no where because this is opinion,
there is no scientific or empirical evidence.

Well even then. It isnt about whether your life is bullshit or not.
If someone has a perfect life and they are happy and fulfilling every desire,
I love life and I am positive, but having no life just seems better at times.
Like why am I wasting my time here? Just to experience sadness, happiness,
hunger, ecstasy? What is the point if I can just end it right now.

Dont get me wrong I wouldnt commit suicide for thousands of years,
but I dont see anything wrong with people that do.

I was using personification, silly. It's a literary device, not a logical fallacy.

Perhaps we should, however, this isn't an independent issue. We're the most social creatures on the planet. We must include others into the equation; to not would be erroneous.

This debate is a matter of fact, not opinion. It's wrong to be immoral, that's a verifiable truth, a fact. It's immoral to commit suicide. Hence, that's verifiable truth, a fact. Hence, suicide is wrong.
