This is not proper SEO. Your website will without a doubt be penalized for using sites like this to work faster. Just like if you mass ping or mass backlink your site Google and other search engines will not find it acceptable thus negatively affecting your page rankings. More is not always better, and faster isn't always better.
Research professional SEO techniques and take the time to surely rank your site. If your site is new it could take several months to have a burst in genuine memberships and page rankings. Google is a great resource to use for better SEO understanding.
Just a warning towards webmasters that think this service is helpful, I promise you it is not.
Be yourself. Don't listen to people that judge you. Lead as an example. Treat all with equality.
