Really need help with memorizing math formulas, I don't have problems solving them but when it comes time to use a formula I tend to forget them.

I would suggest writing them on a piece of paper and referring to them often. If you want to digitise this process, there is a very powerful software called ‘anki’ that I often use.

try to create mnemonic devices. they are memory aids that can help you remember information more easily. you can make a rhyme, acronym, or w/e u want.

yeah pneumonic devices or songs even are a really good option in my opinion. also helps me a ton to try to really understand WHY the formulas work

spaced repetition is by far the best way to learn key facts like this. i second the anki recommendation.
