By not fighting at all. Unless you’re trying to protect your pride as a man it’s pointless.

Go train at a MMA gym and learn Muay thai. Train for a couple years and you should be sufficient enough to pretty much win any street fight so long as the person you are fighting is not trained. Most people that are trained do not go out looking or picking fights and for the most part try to avoid them. By the time your trained enough to be confident in your ability to fight you will respond to conflict with confidence witch actually helps avoiding fights all together.

The only thing I can recommend is if theres multiple people you have to defend against move yourself to the outside so u only face one at once so they cant both hit u and keep doing that

Jiu Jitsu and Hapkido are great for defense, especially if you're not super well built. Common sense is even better. Outside of getting mugged or drunken brawls, it's pretty rare for adults to get into fights. If you get mugged, just hand over the cash... medical bills are usually more expensive. Stay away from people that are immature or confrontational.

Avoid the fight if possible. But if you have no choice but to fight, strike to vital areas - eyes, nose, throat, groin, knees. Once you have dazed / knocked down your opponent, leave. Winning is getting out of the situation uninjured.

Avoid fights if you can. If not, aim for vital areas like eyes and knees. Getting away safe is the real win tbh.
