Can I ask what Garrys Mod is? I would like to know.

It is an mod for Source engine and you need CSS to enjoy it without any complications because most servers use css weapons and models so they would show as errors to you but you can download the models and weapons from online i guess, It seems that mxre is not responding to my pm or adding me so i may select another winner
