Star Citizen #1
I'd donated my cash to this game years ago and stopped checking up on it a while ago.... Whelp I checked now and holy hell did they ever deliver.

EDIT: A lot of people are thinking this game is P2W, I think not. I've beaten many ships on killstreaks with my $10 ship and with my $120 ship, I will admit, with Hornet as opposed to my little guy the differences are big however I can still safely say that this game does have an element of skill to it, if you have the money to drop a bit into this game I'd give it a shot, the progress is being sped up and (from what I've seen) updates are being released weekly and sometimes daily. Give arena commander online a shot, you'll see that even if you paid $120 for your ship you can be dropped from full hull health to nadda in seconds by a well skilled player in a crappy ship.

If you've played Eve Online, they're going for that "persistant universe" with player economy style. But well.... FPS and Ship based o-o

Stoked.

EG. you can land on a space station [that's not neutral or military] and you can fuck shit up.
that's 200000 miles from your home planet.
And steal someone elses jet.

Tried the combat; didn't really like it. Can't wait to see what this will be like in the future though definitively on my list of to-buy games. Though paying for a advantage is kind of unfair seeing as large clans could easily pool together money for a large destroyer, while me you and Ayumi for example would have to pay hundreds of dollars each if we were to want something like it. Hopefully it doesn't turn into another Elite: Dangerous, constantly screwing over their supporters and charging thousands for DLC.

It does like pretty good, reminds me of Eve online. I tried to play that once but I really didn't understand what to do and there were so many controls. Is this just for PC or is it available for Mac as I don't have a PC? I could try Bootcamp if it isn't.

I don't like the idea of being P2W as casual people get left behind - I read somewhere that someone on Eve had ships that cost around $25000 or something like that, it's crazy.
someone with no history is nothing but suspicious.

I thought about buying it a few times, but to me Elite: Dangerous seems like a better buy, even though there is quite a bit of commotion over their DLC pricing scheme.

Looks like how I'd expect Dead Space to look before the infection, mixed with elements of Mass Effect and EVE online.

In very little ways is it P2W, yes you can pay for a monster of a ship however one rocket from my little guy and you're out of luck. There's more skill that P2W if anything, also everything that you can pay for you can earn with in game money. If I recall correctly they stated they are dumping the pay for ships idea at launch and are only using it as an incentive for players in the alpha environment.

EDIT: Just PC if I recall correctly, CE3 only supports PC.
