For two,

Sometimes the site breaks until I restart my browser. I can't scroll with my mouse scroller. It's really frustrating considering it's instinctive for me to scroll with my mouse scroller and when it doesn't register the action I'm just scrolling the mouse scroller for no reason because the page doesn't move with it. I want to say this isn't a browser issue because other web pages will work with my mouse scroller. I also wanted to add the fact that I've used several computers and this issue is persistent. However, it seems to occur on random.

Why is this and can you please fix it? Not sure if anyone else has experienced this, but it's rather irritating.

Back to the first point, why is the "Post New Thread" empty for me at the Suggestions sub-forum. What the actual fuck?

Actually, I'm still on the same browser session and some pages will let me scroll, but some will not. Very inconsistent issue.

Hmm. Well I'd try to reinstall the mouse driver(s?) first and see if that's still an issue.

Not sure if you tried changing browsers as well. Is it an issue for several websites or just SL? I know you said some sites work fine but are there /any/ other sites that don't/fuck-up scroll(ing)?

As far as the suggestions thread issue, you might be banned/blacklisted? Not sure however.

Sounds like a MyBB or plugin issue, then. I've seen this once and I've been unable to replicate it, but I'm trying to write some kind of debug script.
Do you know of any pages where this happens consistently?

Update: my scripting attempts proved more or less futile, but I found this thread and it looks like the color picker could be at fault.

Not really I don't relly remember specific pages it's more like threads not like the home page
