On the grounds of the following, I don't understand how he's returned to normal duties:
Quote:He's already getting Investigated by school/police for other cases. He's only just been placed on suspended leave with pay.

An Investigation can take a significant amount of time and resources to conclude. The latter part of your post In the above quote, was only 4 weeks ago.

First of all, I'm sorry this happened to you. Being victimized in such a way must be a horrible experience.

Now as for what you can do:
A lot of people told you to think about therapy. I second that, it can really help you come to terms with what happened to you. There are even therapists specialized in helping victims of abuse.
A lot of people also told you to talk to the cops. Well, you can do that, if you feel up to it. It may or may not help anyone. I think you might also consider ganging up with some reliable friends, maybe also some of his other victims, and make his life a living hell. This could mean outing him to his community (maybe he goes to church? is active in a club or team? the people there can be contacted), making sure everyone knows what kind of person he is. It could also mean terrorizing him verbally (anonymous phone calls, emails, letters) or physically (spray painting his walls, delivering poop to his doormat - there's even an online service for that - throwing in his windows). Even retribution like beating him up is a possibility, but be aware of your own safety as well as legal ramifications.

I wish you the best of luck in recovering from this traumatic experience.

No idea what happened or how it went but he seems to be back in teaching.

Perhaps not many people came forward, and/or the evidence provided was not sufficient to warrant an arrest.

Whatever the reason, It's not right.

I completely agree! What he did was a despicable thing, it's awful to see that he's back teaching. I sincerely hope that more evidence will come up so he can be arrested and rot I jail.

It's certainly disgusting.

If sufficient evidence Is provided, cases can still be reopened. Let's hope justice serves It's purpose.

To be honest, This has happened to me as well but, it was my mum's boyfriend and I was only young at the time. Now I'm getting flashbacks but, the best thing to do is tell a police officer and explain what happened because, this is disgusting and gross and nobody should go through with this shit. Also, notify the school about this incidence and so, further action can be done in court.

I have an issue with this type of stuff as I am a sexual abuse survivor myself. Ive been there. In my case though it was a family member. and no one believed me. I didnt go to the police, I was to young to even know what the police was. I do have memories of the incidents as well and they are not easy to talk about.

that said if i were you, id tell a therapist, and describe the events as they happened. before you do this, take a moment and grab a pen and paper and write down the timeline and places the events happened. then, take that with you when you talk to the therapist. this can be the school therapist or an out of school therapist. THEN you both can talk to the authorities once you get the facts down and everything is in order. reason why is, this is a very stressful experience and sometimes the little details are missed yet, are the most important. so you want to have all the details written down so you can keep them organized and they wont add to the confusion you may experience as things are happening with the therapist or police.

if you refuse to do that, then there is only one other thing you can do imo, but i wont advice it... nor will i mention it as an option. its just an emotional reaction I have when people abuse their authority and power over others... violating their basic human rights. and you are not me, so you may not be as well equipped as some to take matters into your own hands. again, i do not advise you taking matters into your own hands.

its not your fault. some people are fucked up. and they hurt other people. you are not a victim, yet you are a survivor! be strong and tell someone! I can totally relate to not wanting to tell your mom and pa, or the police directly. but you will have to do this. im sorry this happened to you. there is a great deal of strength in numbers, so if you tell someone and you do not feel supported or relieved, find someone else you CAN trust to tell.
