So I saw 'serious discussion' and thought I'd post this here since it's having such a negative impact on my life and nobody here knows me in real life.

I attend an academy in Northern England where my PE teacher is currently on suspended leave and being investigated for paedophilia, basically touching up children and forcing them to do certain acts, all within school premises.

This is where I get involved. Four and a half years ago, this certain person was my PE teacher. In fact, let's hide his identity (eventhough I shouldn't, he deserves all he gets) and call him Ben. Now Ben was my teacher for an hour a week, and from when I joined the school I felt weird about him, as if something wasn't normal. The first few months were normal, then he changed. It started when I was alone with him, he made a grab for my ballsack and made comments such as 'let me see your balls' and 'nobody has to know, do they?'. I managed to dodge him, and told nobody in fear that stuff would happen if I were to alert anyone, to this day I haven't even told my parents. From then on I made sure I wasn't alone near him, but for instance when I passed him in corridors he would make comments referring to the incident which gave me flashbacks and I'd become more anti-social. I kept this a secret until today, I want Ben to get all the karma he deserves, he's a sick pervert who needs locked up and taken away from learning. Problem is, I don't know who to tell. I don't trust the school to believe me and the police are, well, I doubt much will happen.

I need serious help from anyone who can help, please. Thank you. I promise all of this 100% is real.

Edit; forgot to edit beforehand, turns out that at the time he wasn't on suspended leave, just off with the illness. He's only just been put on suspended leave.

Assuming you aren't trolling (which sorry, if you aren't), you should seek professional help. What happened isn't your fault. Very few, if any, people on this forum are equipped to help you in the way that a professional is. If a lawsuit is in progress, you might want to become involved if monetary compensation is something you'd like. Hope the teacher gets what's coming to him.

Well it seems to be something serious regarding the flashbacks you mentioned so I'd also advice to search some professional help as @Oni already mentioned.
Or at least talk to somebody you trust like your parents or whoever. I'm pretty sure they will support you and talking about such stuff can be very helpful just because it won't be your secret anymore.

He's already getting investigated by school/police for other cases.

That doesn't mean you shouldn't report it yourself. Having all the information they can get helps investigators get a scope of how spread this guy victimized people.

They will ask questions, likely some that will make you uncomfortable, but remember that it's to put someone horrid behind bars so that they can't do it to anyone else.

Even with an active investigation, additional testimony is helpful, and paints a fuller picture.
