Social Network "Friends" 07-09-2013, 10:07 PM

I was on Facebook today and that's rare. I saw a status saying. "I love you all, my friends" I asked him if he knew any of them in person he replied "No but, they are always with me." I got mad and told him "Once you cut the cable they are not there for you" he didn't understand but, I hate calling internet people on Social networks "friends" They are just sock, numbers and empty personalities. Just an empty status, an empty tweet.
"It's hard to tell friends from followers."
I see people whoring for internet attention pulling all sorts of stunts. Eating tampons, having sex with dogs, pretending to be raped. The online life seems to be more powerful than the outside and real sociality.
