I gave up the Almighty Cigarette in favor of the can of dip about 3 years ago.

It took me quite some time, a few months I'd say, to get used to the adjustment, but I can feel the difference in my body.

I smoke 'bout 10-15 a day, sometimes more. I seldom drink and I drink very little when I do drink - Usually just a glass of scotch every x amount of months.
