Last night Obama won in a landslide, 2 states legalized weed, and 2 states legalized gay marriage.

Here in the Netherlands weed is legal. So far everybody is enjoying it and we haven't had any problems with it.

Lmfao thats funny. If marijuana is legal in those states, do you have to take a drug test and if you fail, do you get the job still?

I imagine it would be just like alcohol use in that case. If you're under the influence on the job, probably still get fired.

Packing my bags and moving in with you right now! I really wish they would legalize it here, but that will never happen! The laws over here a bullshit. Also, the comment towards the hole drug test/job thing.

THC stays in your system a lot longer than Alcohol. So even if you weren't 'high', it would still detect amounts in your blood stream days/weeks later.

Would they be able to tell by concentration levels if it was recent? Or perhaps other indications of being under the influence?
