Thanks for your question. In my opinion, the Sinister News could improve the forum in terms of activity and overall make it more enjoyable for its users because it simply provides a spot where everyone can go every week and check if they've been featured, what happened on Sinister, what new rules, tweaks or whatever else came in place, etc.
It'd simply give members a reason to check back at least once a week. That's how I think it could improve Sinister.

Do you mean the usergroug "Lunar"? You want me to apply for that?

Stay in contact with Lunar members as I believe (as mentioned above) they may be making some sort of headway with this idea.
Thank you for your contribution!
Thanks for your comment. I will check back with the Lunar members and see what they've been up to so far. Would be really interested in getting this going and giving this another try.

I'm all for this, but It's success depends on the longevity pertaining to It's contributors.
It's one thing getting It up and running, and another keeping It In a functional state without breaks In continuity. That Is, members must be dedicatedly Involved, week In, week out. In my experience, It Is somewhat difficult to maintain It as such.
In saying that, good suggestion.
Yep, exactly with you on that. It definitely needs a dedicated, willing and professional team to keep this going but also up to standards at all times.
I wouldn't want some half-assed edition every week. Either do it properly, or nothing at all. That's why I need the help of experienced users on this forum, since you guys are the ones who know the true HQ members on here.
Even though I wouldn't want to be as pessimistic as @"Primitive" seems to be about this, I have to agree with him that a weekly news edition with severe grammatical mistakes and weird sounding articles, isn't really something we need.
What we need - and in my opinion deserve - is a quality news edition published every week that's made for HQ members from HQ members. Thank you for your comment.

I'd read a line of the article and it'd trigger me due to the amount of potential of pure stupidity and poor English. Yes, I realize this is an English based forum. Yes, that makes it worse when Staff and other forum "official events" demonstrate their lack of a middle school English education.
I sure as hell would feel bad if someone competent was editor. That'd be a bad joke.
Let's not play bad jokes on this community.
Thanks for your comment. As I sort-of mentioned above already, I don't really get why you are so negative about this. Obviously, I don't know what happened before. What's clearly happening this time, though, is that seemingly a group of members is trying to establish a second, more professional run and is trying to build up something here. It's not forced upon anyone.
If there are people willing to do this, absolutely voluntarily, they will surely put in the necessary effort to do this properly. It doesn't help to bash this right away without even having tried this out.
