I like to think that when this stuff happens, that there's a "cool down" period to wait out, because when the FBI finds this, they start doing their "Just-In-Case" snooping for a bit, and since they have their claws in TOR. Well yeah...

There's already marketplaces in play( BMR is the only one still up in onionspace as I recall, bitmit and similar services on the clearnet ) and multiple groups have already posted about their intentions of creating marketplaces, which will be good for Bitcoin and Tor, as the market diversifies past 2-3 markets.

As for the actual question, if you have to ask questions on how to build a secure marketplace for illegal materials, you shouldn't try to do it, as you will mess up and you will get arrested.

TOR is still safe, it's just the site owners that are fucking up.

A better way to put that may be that Tor is just as secure as it was a week ago, meaning that the biggest security holes are the software you're using to view hidden services, and the hairless ape sitting at the keyboard.
